Formula Bici, Part II

My thanks to Angelo who supplied the following additional details about Formula Bici:

Formula Bici was founded in 1981 and was closed in 1984. Its founders were Dr. Colombo, Dr. Pesenti, Ing. Erzegovesi, Ing. Caccia. It was founded to produce BMX bikes for the American market but in addition to BMX bikes there were 50 road/touring frames made and 50 FCI Pista frames made.

All the frames were brazed by Andrea Pesenti (from Cinelli, and the Laser framebuilder).
